NDT - Training center

Training center «FeNiCoGd» is a recognized training center by the European notified body for personnel certification - the Slovak Institute of Welding "VUZ". We offer training in the field of NDT for I, II, III qualification levels in accordance with ISO 9712 for the following methods:

Visual testing (VT);
Magnetic particle testing (МТ);
Penetrant testing (РТ);
Eddy current testing (ЕТ);
Ultrasonic testing (UT);
Ultrasonic thickness measurement (UTT).

Examination center

Examination center «FeNiCoGd» is recognized by the personnel certification body «VUZ» (Welding Institute, Slovakia) and offers examination services for the certification of personnel in the field of non-destructive testing in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9712 for the following methods: VT, MT, PT, ET, UT, UTT, Levels 1, 2, 3.

Certification

Preparation of the company for further certification according to standards ISO 1090; ISO 3834.
Welder certification according to ISO 9606.

Design and Development

Development of 3D welding plans and drawings for production infrastructure (various types of fixtures, jigs, positioning and rotating devices).

Consultations/Audit

Consultations carried out by third-level specialists (development and approval of the procedures, interpretation of standards, assigning methods of non-destructive testing). / Conducting independent audits to assess the qualifications of the personnel in the field of NDT.

IWE — Welding Audit and Control

Independent welding audit by an International Welding Engineer (IWE) for compliance with EN ISO 1090, EN ISO 3834, EN ISO 15085.

Chemical Composition Analysis of Metals and Alloys (PMI)
