The enterprise complies with the requirements of the LVS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard (LATAK No. T-643). Scope of accreditation: non-destructive testing of technological and lifting equipment, metal structures, and fusion-welded joints of metals using visual, eddy current, ultrasonic, ultrasonic thickness measurement, capillary (penetrant), and magnetic particle methods. With our accreditation and the recognition of leading maritime registers (DNV, Lloyd’s Register), we ensure uncompromising quality and technical precision where safety is a critical factor.

Our Specialization:

• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): A full spectrum of methods (VT, ET, UT, UTT, PT, MT, RT, UT-PAUT, UT-TOFD) for the inspection of steel structures, pipelines, and lifting mechanisms.
• QC/QA (Quality Control & Assurance): We provide comprehensive "turnkey" quality administration. This includes the preparation of final documentation (keeping welding logs, analyzing technical procedures, etc.), audit of welding proceses (IWE), coordination of all NDT stages for the final handover of the project to the client.
• Engineering and Qualification: Development of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS/WPQR) and welder certification according to ISO 9606.
• Personnel Training and Certification: A recognized NDT training center approved by the Slovak "Welding research institute (VúZ)" for the preparation of NDT inspectors in accordance with ISO 9712.
• Welding School: We operate our own welding school, training personnel in environments that closely simulate real production using state-of-the-art equipment.
